PyProxy

Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Who operates this service

PyProxy is operated by HONGKONG LINGYUN NETWORK MDT INFOTECH LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong at Flat/Rm 401, 4/F, Wanchai Central Building, 89 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. In these documents "PyProxy", "we" and "us" mean that company.

We sell access to a residential, ISP, mobile and datacenter proxy network. The service is delivered entirely online: you buy a prepaid traffic allowance, and you draw against it until it is used up.

The fastest way to reach a human is service@pyproxy.com. We answer billing and technical questions in English and Chinese.

What you are buying

You are buying a prepaid allowance of proxy traffic, measured in gigabytes (GB). One gigabyte means 1,000,000,000 bytes, counted as the sum of data sent and received through the proxy, including protocol overhead. Traffic is metered by the network, not by your own client, and the network's measurement is what your balance is drawn against.

An allowance is not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically, nothing is charged to you again, and we never store card details because we do not currently accept cards.

Your account

You need an account to receive proxies, because that is where your traffic balance and credentials live. You are responsible for keeping your password and your proxy credentials secret. Traffic drawn using your credentials is billed to your balance, whether you drew it or somebody you shared the credentials with did.

One person or company, one account. Creating extra accounts to re-use a promotional offer is a breach of these terms and we may void the promotional balance.

Delivery

Proxies are delivered to your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed on-chain. In practice this is minutes, not hours. If a payment confirms and your balance has not appeared within one hour, contact us with the order reference and we will resolve it manually.

What we promise

We promise that the traffic you paid for will be available to you, that the IPs are genuine residential connections rather than datacenter ranges dressed up as residential, and that country selection does what it says.

We do not promise that any particular website will be reachable, that any particular IP will be free of blocks, or that a specific city, ISP or ASN can be targeted. Proxy pools are shared and the wider internet is hostile to them; a site you care about may block proxies at any time. Buy a small allowance and test your target before buying a large one.

Uptime and interruptions

We aim for continuous availability but we do not offer a contractual uptime figure or service credits. Where an interruption is our fault and lasts long enough to matter, the remedy is a credit of traffic, applied at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Your use of the network is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it is the one thing that will get an account closed without a refund of the remaining balance.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account immediately where we see activity that is illegal, that endangers the network, or that triggers an abuse complaint from an upstream provider. Where the matter is ambiguous we will ask you first. Where it is not, we will not.

You may stop using the service at any time. Unused traffic is handled under the Refund Policy.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequences of a third party blocking, banning or rate-limiting you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where they affect existing balances, announced by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

If anything here is unclear, email service@pyproxy.com before you buy. We would rather answer a question than process a dispute.
