PyProxy login and account help

Last updated: 12 September 2026

If you are trying to sign in with credentials from the old PyProxy dashboard or the S5 Manager, they will not work — and the problem is not your browser, your password or your network. The service changed hands, and the old login system is gone.

Accounts live at pyproxy.com/login. An account is an email address and a password; creating one takes a few seconds and costs nothing. Once you connect Telegram we credit 1 GB of rotating residential traffic to your dashboard, so you can test the network before spending anything.

Inside the dashboard you can see the traffic left on each plan, generate credentials for any country we cover, choose rotating or sticky sessions, and read your order history. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile — there is nothing to install.

What happened to my old account and balance

The previous operator's panel, its authentication servers and its billing records were retired and were not transferred to us. We cannot look up an old account, read its balance, restore a password or move unused traffic across. Nobody here has that data — not as a policy, but because it was never handed over.

We know that is the answer nobody wants. It is also the only honest one, and we would rather say it on this page than let you spend an afternoon trying passwords.

The S5 Manager and the old desktop client

The old Windows client authenticated against the retired panel, so it cannot log in either. What replaced it depends on what you were using it for:

  • Per-IP residential over SOCKS5 — sold today as our S5 product, bound to a local port the same way. See downloads.
  • Rotating residential traffic — no client needed. Point your tool at the gateway with a username and password; it runs over HTTP and HTTPS. Sticky sessions hold one IP for up to 30 minutes.
  • Static ISP and datacenter — issued as plain host:port credentials with HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. See static ISP.

Is this the same PyProxy?

Same brand and the same kind of product, run by a new team. We say so plainly because you are entitled to know who you are paying: the pools, the panel and the billing here are ours, built after the handover. What we sell, what it costs and what it does are on the pricing page with no login required.

Paying

Cryptocurrency today — USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC and others — credited automatically, usually within a couple of minutes of confirmation. Traffic never expires: a gigabyte bought today is still yours next quarter. Card payments are being arranged.

Still stuck?

Write to service@pyproxy.com or message @PyProxyBack on Telegram. A person reads both. If you are stuck mid-purchase or a payment has not landed, include the address you paid from and we will trace it.
