Refund Policy

At PYPROXY, we are doing our best to provide a consistent and sustainable service to our customers. (PYPROXY) and you (the client or you). Please read this document (as described in the Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement) carefully before starting to use the service, as it will govern the sensitive process of dispute resolution and chargeback issues that may arise from use of the system.

Basic Refund Policy

1.Refunds can be requested without reason within 24 hours of purchase, provided the product has not been used.

2.For proxy packages with a duration of no more than 24 hours, refunds can be requested without reason within 3 hours.

3.If the refund period has expired and the proxies cannot be used due to connection issues, the remaining amount can be refunded.

4.If the refund period has expired and there are no issues with the proxies, refunds are not supported.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Customer's access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth below:

1.Any disputes arising from the use of the system should be addressed to PYPROXY's customer support consideration via email: service@pyproxy.com. Please address any inquiries that may arise regarding refunds, cancellations or chargebacks to customer support.

2.Please note that for security reasons, we log customer support conversations with customers.

3.We will not refund any paid services that are not part of the product feature. Please note that all payments are final. If you think an proxy or software isn't working properly, we're here to help.

Non-refundable activities:

1.The data provided by the customer during the registration process is incomplete or inconsistent.

2.Client accounts are frozen or suspended due to client's illegal activities.

3.Breach of Customer's obligations (as defined in the Terms of Use) regarding acceptable use of the System or Service.

4.The customer has started transmitting and/or receiving data through the system, provided that the customer purchases a bundle through the customer dashboard in the system.

5.The quality of service provided is in accordance with the conditions specified in the service level agreement.

6.The purchased plan package has expired.

7.Connection quality and connection speed are limited by third-party capabilities and are beyond the control of PYPROXY. PYPROXY hereby does not warrant any quality measurement of the quality of the internet connection provided by third party internet service providers, and you hereby agree that any issues related to connection speed parameters are non-refundable events. Reject software on the client side. PYPROXY is not responsible for the compatibility of the client software with the system as long as the client may use third party and/or proprietary software (client software) to access the system and/or use the system.
