You can check whether your real IP is added to your whitelist.

Click IP Whitelist on the panel and add your real IP there.

You need to add your real IP to the whitelist of the proxy service, I suggest you follow the steps below:

①Log in to the PY official website page and click on the Dashboard page.

②Click the "IP Whitelist" option on the left column to enter the relevant setting page.

③On the whitelist setting page, fill in your current ip into the corresponding input box.

④Click Add.

TIPS:Please be careful not to whitelist the ip on the public node to prevent others from consuming your traffic.
